Pastors
Dr. Dave Collings has been the Lead Pastor of Christ Church since 1982. He has a Th. D. (Doctor of Theology) and is currently finishing his dissertation for his Ph. D. in the History of the Protestant Church in America from Case Western Reserve. The exciting preaching of the Word of God has inspired the congregation to grow and mature over the years. Dr. Collings and his wife, Sharon, have five children. |

Mark Crumpton is our Executive Director. Mark has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of West Alabama. Mark worked 27 years in the wireless communications industry where he held senior leadership positions. He has a passion for helping people develop and improve their leadership skills. Mark and his wife Kim have two children, a son and a daughter. email |

Rev. Paul Kraker joined the staff of Christ Church in June of 1996. He is our Pastor of the Arts. Pastor Paul has developed a tremendous worship band; his giftedness in music has added to our worship experience. Paul received a
B.A. degree in Pastoral Ministries from Southeastern College. Pastor Paul and his wife, Laura, have two daughters and a son. |

Rev. Marc Theodore came to work as the Administrative Pastor in November, 2000. Marc loves tending to the details. He received his B.S. degree from The Ohio State University and has a passion for coordinating resources for the advancement of the Gospel. Marc and his wife Dorothy live in Cleveland. |

Rev. Don Verdell pastors our Living Water Ministries. Don and his wife Sally have been a part of Christ Church and served in ministry since 1999. Don being on staff greatly extends the reach of the body of Christ Church to those in need. He looks forward to serving you in your time of need. email |

Rev. Chet Beetler joined the staff in 2004 as our DOXA Pastor, our ministry to 20-somethings. DOXA reaches out to young adults each week with engaging and substantial alternatives which move them forward in Christ. Chet has a B.S. degree from Cleveland State University and is working on his Masters degree. email |

Ministry Directors
Katie Brown is our Director of Youth Ministries. Katie joined the staff in January of 2006. She has a passion for reaching youth with the gospel so that they can live a lifetime being influencers for Jesus Christ in their generation. Katie is completing her bachelor's degree at Cleveland State University. email |

Sarah Berger is our Director of Children's Ministries. Sarah oversees programming for Nursery through 5th grade, making sure its fun, vibrant, and impactful. email |

Tony Koussa, Jr. is our DOXA Worship Director. Tony studied music performance at Youngstown State University. He has been playing music professionally since the age of 11, and has a desire to reach people through skillful, God-honoring, engaging worship. Tony lives in Strongsville with his beautiful wife, Michelle. email |
