“Explore Your Values”
Dear Friend,
Our values express the worth that we assign to things, ideas, relationships and qualities of character. Most of our values originate in how we grew up and who influenced us in life. Our best values grow out of our personal learning and analyzing. To live the life Christ created you to live, I encourage you to think about your values in four categories:
- Economic Values – How much of your life are you willing to give to purchase things?
- Moral Values – How is your present life enriching or damaging your soul?
- Relational Values – Who gets your best time, attention and affection and why?
- Spiritual Values – What are the eternal effects and profits of your present choices?
The best values are the ones we establish for ourselves. I encourage you to invest some time exploring your values.
