Children

We believe that a life with God is an adventure! At Christ Church we recognize that you as parents are the greatest influence in your child’s life and we want to support you in this role. Children are best served when mom and dad are intentional about faith in the home.  Parents are best served when the church supports and equips them.

With this in mind we utilize an intentional strategy for engaging with your child from birth through high school. We offer age-appropriate programming designed to work together towards a bigger picture.

We exist to partner with families to love and empower our babies, kids, and students to be champions for Jesus Christ.

Nursery, Preschool and K- 5th Grade meet on Saturdays at 5:00 pm and Sundays at 9:30 & 11:00 am.

Mini-Venture is our Nursery program which serves children birth thru age two. This is where a baby’s adventure begins!  We strive to honor God by giving His children some of their first examples of Christ’s love in a safe and stimulating environment.  Children are promoted to the next classroom when developmentally appropriate. This is generally around the age of two.
Play-Venture is our Preschool ministry that serves ages two – pre-K. This is a fun and active stage in your children’s lives.  We want church to be a place where they have fun and want to be.  We use a variety of hands-on activities encouraging them to learn through their play. We are excited to have them and look forward to teaching them that God made them, God loves them, and Jesus wants to be their friend forever.
Kid-Venture is our elementary ministry that serves children in kindergarten through fifth grade. At Kid-Venture we believe the Bible should never be boring, so we teach it in a fun and exciting way in a Large Group setting. Then the kids break out into age-appropriate small groups where they play games and learn how the Bible lesson applies to their everyday life. We want every child to know these core truths through their time in Kid-Venture:
1. I need to make the wise choice.
2. I can trust God no matter what.
3. I should treat others the way I want to be treated.
