Our all-church emphasis starts soon, which may leave you wondering just what an all-church emphasis is anyway?

It’s a time once a year when the Christ Church community comes together in small groups to participate in a six week study of Rick Warren’s “40 Days in the Word.” This is a fantastic opportunity to learn how to read the Bible, no matter where you are in your spiritual development.

Our Lord Jesus Christ teaches that everyone who has believed in Him should be Baptized. If you have trusted Christ for your salvation, let us celebrate this significant milestone in your life through Baptism.

We will conduct baptisms on Saturday, February 18, 2012 as part of our 5 pm service. When you register, a pastor will contact you and schedule a short meeting to prepare you for baptism.

It is our hope that Christ Church is a church where people can grow to their full potential in Jesus Christ and discover the excellence of Christ, the joy of ministry, the adventure of faith and a lifestyle of generosity.

The first step in becoming a member is to take our membership class. We call our membership class, Discover Christ Church. This is a five-week study that explores Who We Are as a Church, Where We Are Going, A Roadmap for Personal Spiritual Growth, The Lordship of Christ and the last lesson explores our Doctrinal Statements and Personal Ministry Involvement.

When the five-week class is completed, people have the opportunity to make the commitment of membership. Our class leaders help individuals find a good ministry (volunteer) fit and suggest next steps in their spiritual journey.

Then follow these steps:

• At the bottom of the Log In window, click “Click here to create a login”
• Enter your email address and click “Next Step”
• Provide the information requested and click “Request Login”

Once your login request has been approved, your username and password will be emailed to the address you provided.

Then click the Member Login button again, type in your username and password and your account is ready.
